Hosted by Shauna Coxsey, Ned Feehally joins us on stage to share his new book about training for climbing - Beastmaking.
His insights are designed to provide people of all climbing ability with the tools to get the most out of our climbing.
Ned Feehally is one of the world's top climbers and a co-founder of Beastmaker.
His manual features sections on finger strength, fingerboarding, board training, mobility and core, and includes suggested exercises and workouts.
Free from jargon, it is intended to provide enough information for us to work out what we need to train, and to help us to train it.
Copies of Beastmaking will be on sale at the book signing after the event. You can also buy the book at our bookshop at the Brewery Arts Centre over the festival weekend.
