Join Sabah Ahmed for a family-friendly walk around Kendal!
More about Sabah
Sabah is a Physiotherapist by profession but spends her free time exploring the mountains with her young son and husband. As a mountain leader trainee, working towards her ML qualification, there is no stopping her!
Sabah and her husband created Summit Special Adventures, a family-run mountaineering company, based in the UK, aiming to improve ethnic minorities’ access to the great outdoors, so they can fully enjoy the beautiful scenery on offer. Sabah also encourages mothers to gain the benefits of the outdoors and get their children exploring from a young age.
We will be meeting from 10:30am at the Craghoppers stand in the Abbot Hall Basecamp, with the walk starting at 11:00am.
This walk will take approximately one hour.
This is a FREE event but places are limited so make sure to book your tickets!
