Run an easy 10k trail route together to The Forge, Mill Yard, Staveley (ETA 9:30/9:45) with inov-8 ambassador Nicky Spinks. Pace will be slow and steady.
Complimentary Coffee, Tea & Traybakes at inov8’s The Forge store in Staveley, Mill yard.
Runner’s responsibility to make their way back to Kendal – we recommend the 555 bus leaving Staveley at 10:48 (10:07 version for those in a rush) for £2, or train leaving 10:58am (£4.50) – runners to please check online for latest travel information closer to the time.
Please meet at 8am at Basecamp, Abbot Hall Park
All runners to run at their own risk, pack sufficient warm and waterproof clothing, including a dry layer to change into afterwards.
