Join Helen for a creative and enjoyable yoga practice which will inspire you to move and breathe in ways that will be energising for your body and nourishing for your nervous system. The practice will include standing, kneeling, and lying postures and end with a short meditation to help sharpen your focus for the day ahead. Helen will take inspiration for this practice from the mountains and lakes of the Lake District, guiding you from the outside inwards towards a place of stillness and personal reflection. Bring your yoga mat if you have one and remember to wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move freely.
